If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your new handbag simply return it within 3 days to us for a full refund less shipping and handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. These fees and charges will be deducted from original purchase price. All returns must be accompanied by an authorization number which you can get by e mailing us at info@otraditionhandbag.com. All items bought on sale are non refundable. (All items returned must be in its original form as well as all original packaging with no signs of product damage or misuse).

If the product you have chosen is on back order we will contact you by email within 24 hours . We may not be able to fill your order within a reasonable time line. If you wish to wait till our supplier is able to fill the order just advise us via email. If you wish to cancel because of back orders you can expect no problems in getting a full refund.

All damaged goods must be returned with all shipping materials and packaging. We will exchange or offer a substitution with your approval. With proper proof that the product was damaged during shipping we will reimburse you with prior authorisation.
